It is an old farmhouse restored. It has a parking area and an ample outside space. The building has an equipped kitchen, dining room and 4 bedrooms; 3 shared rooms with bunk beds and a double room adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Description:
It is an old restored Menorcan farmhouse. On the ground floor, there's a covered porch, bathrooms, kitchen and a dining room for 30 people. It also has a double room adapted for people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor, there are 3 rooms with bunk beds for 6, 8 and 16 people, as well as a bathroom.
Terms of use:
From the age of 18, you can rent the installation. In case of minors, they must always be accompanied by an adult.
The house has to be left clean, just as it was found.
Users must leave the trash at the nearest collection point. Never leave it inside the house. Bringing bottled water is advised.
No fire can be made anywhere in the installation, nor outside.
Compliance with the Rules for the use of youth facilities managed by INJOVEules for the use of youth facilities managed by INJOVE is mandatory, approved by the Board of Directors of INJOVE and published in BOIB number 95 of May 28, 2020.
The person responsible for the reservation will be responsible and will have to pay for any damage caused by improper use of the facility, as well as for any problem caused by improper use of the facilities during their stay.
How to arrive:
In private vehicle. There is no public transport to the house and, due to the narrowness of the road, we recommend using a minibus for groups.
Delivery of keys
The keys to access the house will be collected at the house on the day of entry through a code that will be provided by INJOVE by email. This code will be unique for each reservation. If you can not access the house you must call 620 670 595.
